A little “refresh” for the carport entry

I was looking for a quick project that would give me instant gratification… so, I focused on our carport entry area.  This is the entrance we use the most, yet it gets a little junky looking between our coming and going, and our dogs heading in an out for their walks.

We’re a DITD family (aka:  Dual Income Two Dog family).  Having kids never worked out for us, so we’ve got two rescue dogs that are our “furry children”.  With that being said, we have leashes to corral, brushes to store and need a decent entry mat to catch the dirt that gets tracked right into our kitchen.

So… again, this was a quickie refresh, but it makes me smile when I come in and out of the entrance now.
